Ferdie to Bob

  • Boojferd
Dear Bob, here are some photos of my life here on the campus of Concordia Seminary. I love kids, working with the grounds crew, swimming, playing with my dog friends, and especially my own family people.

I had read a few years ago that Virginia wanted to put in a trucks only lane in the center of I-95 right through the Shenandoah valley. I don't think that ever came to fruition. If it had, the trucks would have been stopped but the cars probably would have gotten through.

That is probably true. I wish all highways had truck only lanes. So many people are still stuck on that highway

When we were coming home from my mom's funeral in Milwaukee (which had no snow) we were stuck on the snowy highway just outside of Evansville for 24 hrs. It was because trucks had jackknifed and we couldn't get through. It was memorable!

Barb, that is the stuff of nightmares. How awful.
