Ferdie to Bob

  • Boojferd
Dear Bob, here are some photos of my life here on the campus of Concordia Seminary. I love kids, working with the grounds crew, swimming, playing with my dog friends, and especially my own family people.

Diane, Have you tried the bubble wrap, and does it work? I never heard of it till I saw your post. I may try it on some windows at my son's house. Please let me know. Thanks

Frank, I tried it with a bubble wrap remnant on the window of our side door and it works pretty darn well. I may leave it today and if it still hangs, I'll do this on a couple of our basement windows which let cold air through. I put a picture on the bottom of this post.

I may try it at my son's house if he approves. They have a beautiful front door (all wooden) with side panels. Adds character to the hosue, but single pane and I am sure they loose a lot of heat. I may start with the side panels first and see if it helps. Thanks for the tip.
