Came across a recipe in Feast Magazine for Kladdkaka, a Swedish chocolate sticky cake. It gets a crispy edge and gooey center.
It doesn't seem overly difficult to make and I'd love it. The problem is Dale is not a cake or chocolate fan so most of it would have to be shared with anyone who walked by our house. I may just try this anyway. The recipe writer thinks it would be good to serve it with lingonberry jam and hot tea. But that does not appeal to me, maybe raspberries.
