    Many ways to save them on the Cloud. Google Photos is free, forever, and I think private (password protected), Microsoft One Drive allows 1TB (I think) storage as part of Windows Office 365, and the LDS Church's site www.familysearch.org allows unlimited storage of family photos in the Memory section, but is it open to everyone.

    Verizon messaged me just today that if I don't upgrade to a paid cloud they are deleting my cloud soon. Fortunately, I don't use their cloud, but good to know a company could do such a thing.

    Frank, the problem is, past experience shows nothing is forever. Tech will constantly change and many things will still be lost or unattainable.
