Ferdie to Bob

  • Boojferd
Dear Bob, here are some photos of my life here on the campus of Concordia Seminary. I love kids, working with the grounds crew, swimming, playing with my dog friends, and especially my own family people.

It is disturbing what people will do-to others or their property. The car jackings and stealing of packages left on the porches has resulted in lots of security cameras going up and while it hasn't stopped the problems-they have led to arrests. I agree with you- set up some security cameras and hold the people accountable for their actions.

Got a text from Amazon of a package sitting on my front porch that they had just delivered. Our world is certainly changing, its a sad situation...

Morality and Ethics are big issues. I don't know the answer other than parental guidance. One thing to consider, in Germany they do not have a big problem, and they do not have the big difference between income levels of the population. Our country is turning into the very privileged and the middle class getting further behind in wealth and income. The poorer people become more violent and unethical to try to get what they think they are entitled to.

Frank, this is not a particularly under-privileged neighborhood. Entitled and educated, yes.

Neighbor, I went to college in Normal and know that original Steak n Shake very well.
