Bwahahahahahahaha. Work is set to begin tomorrow (Monday) on the underside of the Eads Bridge which connects Illinois to St. Louis and one lane in each direction will be closed. The lane closures will last until the work is completed in 2015.
Bwahahahahaha. What year is this? Oh? It's 2012? Here is some advice for drivers given by those in charge of this construction work:
"St. Louis officials suggest drivers give themselves extra time to cross the Eads or consider using one of the other bridges over the Mississippi in downtown St. Louis – namely the Poplar Street or Martin Luther King bridges." Hahahahaha, I'm laughing so hard I'm crying. Or am I just crying?
Can they make it any more difficult to get from A to B, Illinois to and from downtown?
REference you blog above. Maybe the city and county should throw more money at the Rams and billionaire owner Stan Kroenke or they could use that money to fix the infrastructure in the city. That should be an easy one for the city.
