Ferdie to Bob

  • Boojferd
Dear Bob, here are some photos of my life here on the campus of Concordia Seminary. I love kids, working with the grounds crew, swimming, playing with my dog friends, and especially my own family people.

OMG Nooooooooooooo, not the water heater.

    New water heater = $400.

    Installation + pressure-release tank + county / city inspection fees = $500.

    No kiddin'.

You have got to be kidding!

    D,
You might want to look into the new energy efficient tankless water heater systems. Bosch makes a good one. Alot of folks are converting. It might cost alittle more to install than the water heater but it should save you money once in use from the old system.

Thanks for the idea, Pam. I'm going to do a little research on that. They appear to be more energy efficient and most likely won't be leaking. Maybe I should get this all taken care of before Thursday. Heh.

    Pam

If you want it done- then absolutely before Thursday/ if you want it done with the deck and bathroom-you'll have LOTS of time to research it!!
