Via Marathon Pundit: The Dallas Star-Telegram reports that the U.S. Postal Service has been quietly taking away all the clocks in their retail post offices. Seems they don't want folks waiting in line to know just how long they've been standing there.
Ha. As if. A post office spokesman said, "We want people to focus on postal service and not the clock." Again, as if they don't already focus on the service while standing in line. That's what we customers do, critique the service while standing in line. Strike up conversations with the strangers next to us who are doing the same thing. Anyway, my cell phone tells me the time. Who are they kidding?
