What a gorgeous day the second day of the fest turned out to be.
The crowds came in big numbers
I had these garlic parmesan chicken wings with a drizzle of hot sauce. oh so good.
This man was entertaining kids with songs and jokes and the kids were riveted and engaged.
There was face painting. For some reason kids and adults love this.
The bagna cauda stand is always popular and busy
The Kahoks hockey team tended a parking lot as a fund raiser. The nicest kids.
The best ending for me was learning that Holy Cross Lutheran School float got third place.
They're with our fairly new pastor, Kyle Wright, who is everywhere and that is a good thing.
The cars on the float were led by an Italian Polizzia. Cute
The parade route was packed with people
And, 3 of our grandsons were there.
