A new study, this time out of Cambridge University, concludes that saturated fat does not cause heart disease while so-called ‘healthy’ polyunsaturated fats do not prevent cardiovascular problems.

So we can go back to using butter instead of the fake margarine. No longer will cream and meat and butter be a guilty pleasure. I'll confess now that this news is out, that we have never substituted the imitation food products for the real thing. It just never made sense that non natural ingredients made to look like the real thing could be all that great. Imitation dairy creamers. SMH
