This was put out by CIPS Analog Guidance which is an impact based weather resource out of SLU. It tells us "Another warm analog signal in days 9-13, large 80% area of 105 analogs have above normal temperatures."
First off, I take issue with the word "another". We haven't had "another" so far this year. As to the rest, it is rather incomprehensible to anyone but meteorologists. But it appears as though we may be looking foreward to some much better weather at some point.
But for us weather laypeople, the important thing is, what did the Farmers Almanac predict?
