Ever since I downloaded the Moves app for iPhone, I've become almost obsessive compulsive about making sure I always have the phone with me so I do not miss one step being counted. Even Dale who now has this app has become very competitive with himself and me over how many steps a day he takes. The goal for best fitness is to end up with 10,000 a day which initially seems very doable living on a walking campus as we do.
But it's not. So Dale has taken to making long long walks every morning he can which gets him his 10,000 by 10 am. Not fair.
