    Accident numbers for Richmond Heights

    The Richmond Heights police department put out their accident report for February and for that month at least, 11 am until noon saw the most accidents.

    I wonder why. Maybe those daylong snows we had in February.

    The highest accident percentage day of the week was Friday and the fewest accidents took place on Monday.
