Someone is giving Rahm Emanuel the idea that he could be a viable candidate for president in 2016 as "well-connected" democrats say he's considering it if Hillary Clinton opts out.
No way this will happen. A prediction from my desk. But this does tell us that there will be a long long line of democrats and republicans looking to get the job. From 2013 we can see an even longer primary season in 2016 than we've had in 8 years...and we've had a couple of endless primary years.
