9 is the luckiest number for St. Louis this week, yesterday we learned it was the 9th most Romantic City in America and today we find it is the 9th most literate city in America. How about that?
The literate criteria was based on : data that includes the number of bookstores, library resources, newspaper circulation, internet resources and educational levels.
So we're romantic and we like to read. Cool.
