40 years ago this week Joe Biden was sworn in as a senator by Spiro Agnew.
The mind boggles at Biden's span of time and all that has happened in the senate during those years. And Spiro Agnew! My gosh, who ever thinks of him anymore?

Thankfully, not many people think of Agnew anymore. Hopefully, there won't be much reason to think of Biden, either.
