Seattle and the rest of the Pacific Northwest is known as the coffee center or epicenter of the country and now tests of ocean water off that coastline is giving credence to that title. Elevated caffeine levels in the water from human waste treatment plants are causing concern among those who worry about what this might mean for marine wildlife.
