A story in today's Washington Post describes the agony some senate democrats and other party leaders are having over the possibility of John Kerry replacing Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State. That would mean Kerry's senate seat would be subject to a special election and the most likely person to win that race would be Scott Brown. Brown recently lost re-election to that woman who's name I do not want to wrack my brain trying to remember. Blonde, part Indian American supposedly....pseudo intellectual...
Supposedly Harry Reid will be furious if Kerry becomes SOS and Reid loses him in the senate. Blah Blah. I cannot envision a scenario where we have a Secretary of State John Kerry. Oy. But now I sort of hope we do.
