Last night Hillary Clinton took responsibility for security breakdowns in Benghazi, saying in part, "the buck stops" at her place in the state department.
Let's look back to the 2008 democratic primary when Obama and Clinton were fighting for the nomination. Clinton told an audience at McCluer North High School in Florissant Missouri: "I believe we need a president who believed what Harry Truman believed. That the buck stopped in the Oval Office.”
Good times.
