Here's the weekly MoDOT highway closure report:
All weekend from 8 tonight until 5 a.m. Monday the westbound lanes of 40/64 will be closed from Jefferson to the Poplar.
All weekend from tonight until Monday morning one left lane of eastbound 40/64 closed from Chestnut to 14th Street. When they say one lane closed it often means 2. That's our experience.
From 9 tonight until noon on Sunday 2 eastbound lanes of the Poplar will be closed.
And don't forget one lane in each direction on the Eads Bridge will remain closed.
We are headed to the Taste of Missouri at Botanical gardens and the Shaw Art fair in the same neighborhood this weekend. Two great events.
