Wowser! Look out everyone, the Post-Dispatch did a story on the Concordia Seminary golf Carts which are replacing the more expensive gas powered Gator type vehicles. For the past year we've steadily added to the fleet of electric golf carts for use by the staff and we even have a white, module type for the security guys. That one has a siren, and police type lights on the roof.
Even I have one which was a surprise birthday present to me from Dale. I have to say, these things are so handy, not only can you get from one place to another quickly, they're easy to park just about anywhere and you can haul stuff with them. And great for exercising the dog.

Are electric carts cheaper to operate and maintain?

great idea and I love yours. Not sure the siren and lights will help an electric cart catch any malefactors

I think it is a great idea! I saw a lot of Yamaha golf carts around my college campus last semester. http://www.bestturfwest.com/yamaha-landing-page-products/

Wow, this is a great looking golf cart! I wish I had one. Do you happen to know of any good place to get golf carts in Calgary?
