Well they do. but now they better worry the DOJ is coming for them in the middle of the night. They take one, the second is easier. Then we get used to it.

My point was the state of Illinois, with legislation sponsored by Jerry Costello II has passed legislation making it illegal. Other states have passed similar legislation. It has already begun.
And liberal and the press should be up in arms but they are willing to give up individual freedoms.

The article with the original undoctored photo (see link after clicking the link here) says it was updated July 15. When did this arrest take place? (actually, he wasn't arrested, just questioned, according to the article. And apparently the scarf, hat and winter coat was at his request to protect his identity.)
As for the Wackos from Wichita, best if everyone just ignore them; tho I understand the desire to protect the families of out fallen soldiers from their wrath.
And Diane, just a tad over dramatic, don't you think? I assume from what you say you opposed the Bush-enacted Patriot Act? Talk about taking away freedoms!
