A Brentwood Missouri man set up a hidden camera outside of his home in order to learn what kind of animal was attacking his trash cans. But what he got on tape was burglers/home invaders.
This is an interesting story made all the more amazing due to the absolute perfect image quality of his security camera. All of us have watched as news programs show footage from some store or bank's security camera and we're asked to let authorities know if we recognize the robbers. Most of the time the images are so bad you can't tell a person from a store shelf.
But not these from the Brentwood homeowner. Take a look at the photos at the story link, they're stunning in their perfect detail which begs the question over why other entities which want security don't have the same set up as this resident. You'd think the company which sells this equipment may be in for some great sales now.

I loved the fact that the camera also caught the cop arresting them.

Such a blessing in disguise not only with the camera owner but also with the police! Who would have thought that a hidden camera would be able to capture thieves and not animals, and put them behind bars? I hope that the image clarity it produced should be the standard for all CCTV systems in order to capture faces and actions without blur.

Our flagship IP security camera, the AirSight IP Camera, not only does it Pan & Tilt but you can also listen into the action - It's a great security camera.

Well, the owner never thought that his hidden camera will serve a different purpose from what he intended. It’s really surprising on his part, since he was expecting to catch an animal, but then ended up catching home intruders.

This is what security cameras should be – clear and detailed. With high-quality imaging, catching those bad guys will be easier and faster. This is a big help for the authorities and a very convenient tool for the citizens.
