Officials in NYC's Department of Health Policy have been debating the idea of outlawing happy hours in the city. Also, they've been questioning "the legality of liquor in ice cream."
"High-level conversations have gone beyond merely "throwing pencils on the ceiling and seeing what sticks," a Health source revealed.
Wow, someone doesn't have enough to do out there in NYC department of Health Policy. Maybe that department isn't even necessary. Save some city money and eliminate them not the happy hours.

What they need to do Nation-wide is to get control of the Jager-Bomds and other Shot craze that is wiping out the young drinkers, i.e. Lemon Drops, Lemon Cake, Wedding Cake, your name it. More DUI's are caused by this stuff than anything else. The liquor manufacturers are laughing all the way to the Bank.

Frank, How do you know this stuff?

Maybe the NYC health department is relying on people like Frank for their data to support their claims!!

I watch them serve the stuff at bars on Main Street, 62234. Common occurance. All night long. Customers are 21 and over, but Jagermeister is making a fortune.
When I was in college, it was just Peppermint Schnapps, now it is all kinds of stuff. Not good. Recently, I think the founder of one of the companies, either Jagermeister or the Caffeine stimulus drink, donated hundreds of millions to a charity. Trying to buy salvation.

The drink I was thinking about was Red Bull, but I can't find a records of the large donation and which corporate founder made the donation. It was large and I think to an educational institution or foundation.
