The first real study of chocolate looking at the benefits and harms of chocolate found that not only does eating chocolate help the heart, blood pressure and glucose levels, but that those who regularly ate chocolate are thinner than those who do not.
Hurray for chocolate. Put those chocolate machines back in our school cafeterias.

And you really must try Patric Chocolate made in Columbia, MO! It is amazing--and the way chocolate should taste. Except for the few flavored chocolates he makes, it is simply cocoa and sugar. patric-chocolate.com

Whole Foods on Brentwood sells it, but it's cheaper to buy online--and cheaper still to buy it in Columbia at HyVee. Even from Whole Foods, this chocolate is worth the price. I'm in his fan club at the silver level :-)
