    This is all too true. I'll add two of my own:

    27. All highway traffic must remain in the right lane, drive precisely 52.5 MPH, and never allow entering traffic to merge.

    28. Anyone riding a bicycle on the road should have obscenities screamed at them and then run over so as to avoid further traffic snarls.

    Always amusing to see comments or articles about driving in St. Louis. St. Louis has to be generally one of the easiest cities to drive in, as far as traffic congestion and getting around.
