President Obama will not let go of his health care obsession even after the administration supposedly woke up to the realization that jobs are what this country wants its focus on.
So, he just had to glam on to the Super Bowl audience in an interview with Katie Couric no less, to announce he's organizing a bi-partisan health care summit to be held at the White House this month. Democrats and Republicans will be able to share their ideas and work toward some understanding.
But, this all will be done under the watchful eye of live television.
I say no way. Nothing but posturing is ever accomplished when the cameras are rolling. This seems mainly a ploy by Obama to gain plaudits from pundits.
If he were serious he'd keep the cameras out.
But then again, he seems to have already forgotten that most Americans are sick of the health care debate, sick of those thousands of pages of prattle and want concentration on jobs and the economy.

Maybe everyone going should bring along a teleprompter.
