    Interesting then Governor Bush helped to lead the way in renewable energy policy before it became all the rage. Maybe, Gore should have shared the Nobel prize he received with Bush, since Gore has done nothing other than blow hot air on the global warming subject.

    Environmentally speaking, Bush is universally regarded as absolutely one of the worst Presidents of all time. If he did something positive as governor, God bless him.

    Not strange! Both states have been the big energy producers/ leaders for years. Oil and Gas. So new forms of energy that fit the geograghy/landscape will be developed in these states. They have the "oil money" to invest in these type of ventures. Always follow the money!
