Officially known as H.R. 2454-American Clean Energy and Security Act of 2009 may come up for a vote in the House as early as tomorrow.
The text of the bill can be read here.
It has a word count of 190,427.
The hope is here that each member of congress who plans to vote on this bill has read the entire thing. Unlike the Stimulus bill and the TARP fund bill which many if not most did not take the time to read.

Reading this bill is one thing, but understanding what it means is a much different issue.

Had to order a new furnace and AC today. As long as the $1500 tax credit is still there, I'm okay with it :-)

While you're at it, you may as well get a tankless water heater too. There's a nice tax credit with that.
