What's happening?

We need to keep worrying about food contamination.  More sophisticated food tracking techniques uncover more problems.  Now it's bagged salads.  Meanwhile name brand food producers have begun new campaign ads aimed at saving money while eating happy food.

The most popular video among classroom teachers?  The Story of Stuff.  "A cheerful but brutal assessment of how much Americans waste."  It could also be said to be anti-capitalistic, but it is now a regular in classrooms.  Cheerfully brutal.
